well, for anyone interested in how my weight watcher's experience has been going.....well, it's going great! I have been loosing on average .8 pounds per week since I started 4 or so months ago. and i was definitely cheating during the holidays and havent even been going to meetings (for many reasons)......but it's still working....so yippee! but yeah, no exercise yet. just can't get motivated. but i still want to. will keep you updated. hopefully my weight loss will stay and i will be to my goal size by my wedding :) the only crappy thing about losing weight is now i have to eat less according to weight watchers. every 10 pounds i go down 50 calories a day, poo!
i am very very close to losing 10% of my body weight. how strange is that? like cutting off my arms or something. but i still have a long way to go to be healthy. once i pass 10% i'm not sure what my next goal is. maybe another 5%? my body likes to be somewhere around 150-160 in a healthy state. my long term goal is to be a size 14 pants or less, so i can have more options of wedding dresses. it's making me more determined! i'm afraid to plateau, but i guess then i will just have to ramp up the exercise. i can do this!
i go two interviews this week, i am pretty excited. what else...might be going to either seattle or navarre for spring break. will know more soon.umm,
been planning the wedding. i think it will be lotsa fun! screw convention. im gonna have a tacky wedding and youre going to LOVE it.
